Certified in food safety, quality, and risk management, with formal training in HACCP and TACCP, BRCGS Issue 9 (Lead Auditor), product quality management, and safety & quality standards. Hands-on industry certification experience includes food safety systems within large retail and supply chain environments (METRO AG / METRO–Makro), as well as meat category compliance (beef and veal). This background supports practical implementation of food safety systems, audits, and quality assurance across diverse food operations.
